Shipping Policy
Business days are considered Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Any orders placed over the weekend or on federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order is placed, there is a 4–7 business day processing period. Orders marked as pre-orders will require 8–14 business days to process. In some cases, we may ship orders sooner. Once your processing period is complete, your shipping period begins.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Your package should arrive within 2–4 business days after you receive your tracking information. Please note: a signature is required for all orders.
All of our lace closures and frontals are made-to-order and customized to your liking. Because of this, these items require an additional 5–7 business days for processing. This ensures your product is crafted with care and meets your expectations.
During Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or any other major promotional period, please allow up to 10–15 business days for processing and shipping.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders placed with a P.O. Box address will be automatically canceled.
Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are correct when placing your order. Once an order is being processed or has shipped, we cannot make any address changes.
Orders with questionable or flagged shipping addresses may face delays for verification. To protect your purchase, we may contact you for proof of identification. This may include providing a photo ID and completing a brief verification questionnaire.
RawMuse Extensions is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. If such issues arise, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
